Rising Stars of Manga:
You can read 20 short manga stories (OEL and otherwise) at the Tokyopop Manga Talent Competition, the latest round of their Rising Stars of Manga competition. Then you vote, and the best ones will be printed, and might get a series deal out of the whole thing.
