Weekly Comics to Come - February 22, 2006:

ALREADY READ:
Solo #9 (Scott Hampton's issue isn't the strongest, but it's got a couple of really good stories and of course, great art throughout)
Zombie Tales Death Valley #2 (Kind of fun, zombie movie mixed with teen comedy)

HAVEN'T READ:
Astonishing X-Men #13 (Lost most of my interest in this one, but it's Whedon/Cassaday... I have to at least give it another chance)
Captain America #15 (Another one I've got no particular emotional investment in, but the craft is solid)
Exiles #77 (This, on the other hand, has been a fun ride through alternate worlds)
Green Lantern #9 (Chalk up another "no investment from me, but solid craft" read)
I Heart Marvel Outlaw Love (Most of these have been mediocre at best, but I hope for another one like the Beland/Walker story, which was great)
In The Blood #1 (I believe this is Steve Niles's werewolf book for Boom!)
Intimidators #3 (Still interested in seeing where this one is going)
Mouse Guard #1 (Gorgeous artwork, and the buzz on the writing is good)
Naoki Urasawas Monster Vol 1 (Finally! Now I can see if this tale of surgeons and serial killers lives up to the hype)
New Warriors Reality Check Tp (This was a fun series... wish Zeb Wells was getting higher profile assignments at Marvel)
Polly & The Pirates #4 (A blast, as much fun as Courtney Crumrin... Ted Naifeh is now on my must-read list)
Portent #1 (Art on this one looked terrific, curious about the fantasy-based story)
Put The Book Back On Shelf Belle & Sebastian Anthology Tp (Plenty of talent, should be enjoyable)
Robotika #2 (Really enjoyed the first issue, reminded me of early Grendel: War Child issues)
Spellgame #3 (Second issue made close to no sense, but the art is good, so I'm sticking in to see if the story comes around)
Spider-man Loves Mary Jane #3 (Fantastic, and of course, nobody is reading)
Star Wars Knights Of The Old Republic #2 (First issue was a fun blend of pulp-y Star Wars and the videogame that inspired the book)
The Art Of Usagi Yojimbo Tp (Loved this one in hardcover... if you missed that, check this out)
Thing #4 (One of my top ten books of the moment... all She-Hulk fans should be reading it, at least)
Ultimate Wolverine Vs Hulk #2 (First issue left me underwhelmed, but I'm such a Damon Lindelof/Lost fan that I've got to keep checking it out)
Unruly A Comix & Literary Journal #1 (Indy anthology from Dork Storm Press)
Usagi Yojimbo #91 (More than likely, another solid outing of rabbit samurai adventure)
