Best Shows (Every Category):
Somehow, again, there was a lot more television this year.

In general, this list is the "If I had to cut back to a certain number of shows, based on money, time, etc., this is the list of shows I'd cut first (starting with #62) to shows I'd cut last (starting with #1). Last year this list was 56 shows.

There were 11 shows that didn't have new seasons (Fargo, Game of Thrones, Master of None, Future Man, You're the Worst, Stranger Things, Better Things, Rick and Morty, Mindhunter, American Gods, She's Gotta Have It), 6 shows ended or were limited run (Sense8, Review, Godless, The Leftovers, Wet Hot American Summer: 10 Years Later, Defenders) and 8 I stopped watching or plan to catch up on later (Broad City, Full Frontal with Samantha Bee, Sneaky Pete, A Series of Unfortunate Events, 13 Reasons Why, SMILF, The Tick, Castlevania)
