Alabaster Wolves #1 (Intriguing supernatural concept, great art by Steve Lieber)
Secret #1 (Potentially obtuse going forward, but a solid little creepy spy thriller with nice art)
Danger Club #1 (Interesting semi-violent take on kid sidekicks, another potential hit from Image)
Daredevil #10.1 (Waid's Daredevil has been my favorite book for a while, this little intro story was a great example of why)
Shadow #1 (Ennis has a pretty good handle on this pulp character, and while it's violent, it shows little of the excesses of The Boys and other recent Ennis work)
Batman #8 (I have to admit, the Night of Owls story is pretty intriguing, and another example of Snyder developing good new bad guys for Batman)
FF #17 (Maybe the best Spidey-Human Torch series since the Templeton/Slott miniseries)
Courtney Crumrin Ongoing #1 (Ted Naifeh's full-color ongoing for Courtney introduces a new character, allowing him to echo some of Courtney's early days, and it's dark, funny and fantastic, just like the series of graphic novels so far)
